Shipping Policy

*Orders are shipped once full order is complete and in stock. *

We try to ship all in stock items within 1-5 business days for in stock items. According to volume this time frame might be slightly longer. If you need to make changes to your order or have questions contact us at toyznfun1@gmail.com 

If an item is returned to us due to incorrect address or unknown address, we will be happy to resend the item, but customer will be responsible for the second shipping cost. Orders are sent to the address provided when the order is placed. If you need to change the address on an order, you MUST reach out to us directly as we have to manually change the address on an order for you. Changing your address in your Toyz N Fun account will not change the shipping address for orders that have already been placed.

ALL claims must be filed within 60 days of shipping date.  After this time we are no longer responsible.  This includes, but is not limited to, lost and damaged items.

All items are shipped USPS or UPS and tracking and insurance is provided. 

We ARE NOT responsible if you put in the incorrect address, apt number etc.  If the package is delivered to the address provided we are not able to file a claim.

If you do not receive your package within the appropriate time given in your tracking email either by UPS or USPS please contact us at toyznfun1@gmail.com. We are not responsible if you do not email us within the time frame given to us be shipping carriers to file a claim for lost packages.

You will receive a tracking email within 24 hours of when your order has been packed.

 

Shipping Rates


The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.


Back Orders


If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Email us at toyznfum1@gmail.com to request a return. Please include order number, item you would like to return or exchange and pictures if there is any issues with your item. Loose threads are not a defect we do returns on.
  2. Once we receive your email we will send you further instructions.


Return Exceptions


Some items can not be returned if they are opened or used. These include mystery items, bling pin bags, Pokemon cards, and any type of clothing including pants, leggings, socks, and t-shirts. Backpacks must be in original packaging with tags and unused.

Lost in Transit

For packages that are marked as delivered, but do not show up, please contact your local post office or UPS store first and have them ask your delivery driver where the package was left. If USPS nor UPS cannot locate your package, then we will file a claim for the missing package. No replacements or refunds will be issued until UPS or USPS approves the claim for the missing package. We are not liable for stolen packages. If a wrong or incomplete address is provided when the order is placed and the package is sent back to us, then the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to send the package out again.

Orders are sent to the address provided when the order is placed. If you need to change the address on an order, you MUST reach out to us directly as we have to manually change the address on an order for you. Changing your address in your Toyz N Fun account will not change the shipping address for orders that have already been placed. If a customer fails to notify us of a change of address for an order before it is shipped, we are not liable to send a replacement.


Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
